Here are some pictures and stories about our second litter of Shorthairs. We were just as pleased with this litter as we were with our first. Many of the comments we have gotten back from our puppy owners have been very positive.

CH. WayStar' N Maplewoods Call Girl (Trixie) (Ch. Heidabrant Hi Card At Kelane JH & Ch. Country Star's Lilredheadgirl). Trixie was our pick bitch, with a "look at me attitude". She is loved and owned by Marcy Caton. She has started out her show career like gang busters. Attention!!    Trixie finished from the 12-18 month puppy class with a 4 pt major!     Congrats to Trixie and her owner Marcy!!  Can't wait to see her in the ring as a Special!

CH.WayStar's Buckeye Bash (Brutus)(Ch. Heidabrant Hi Card At Kelane JH & Ch. Country Star's Lilredheadgirl). Brutus was our pick male puppy and he is proudly co-owned with our breeders Sue & Damon Lumpkins Country Star Kennels. He has finished at the Columbus Ohio shows this fall. He is a wonderful companion with a playful personality.  Brutus will be making the trip to Maine and going to live with his sister, Trixie at Maplewood Cockers & GSP's. WayStar's Dublin Mudslide (Bailey)(Ch. Heidabrant Hi Card At Kelane JH & Ch. Country Star's Lilredheadgirl). Bailey is loved by his parent's Bernie & Kay, who are in the US Air force. They recently sent pictures and details of Bailey participating in a 25 mile bike ride. They shared that he took an hour nap and was ready to go for more. They  consider him to be their Superstar. Bailey has also completed is Canine Good Citizen test. He is now officially an "obedient" shorthair!
